Millimeter Wave Receiver IPs
mmWave (mm-Wave) receivers (RX) present many changes for development. In addition to the general receiver requirement of low noise figure (NF) and high sensitivity apply to mmWave receivers, many system (e.g. E-band backhaul) require very wide relative bandwidth. RX linearity is also both important when strong interference may present in the system and when high modulation schemes (e.g. 64-QAM) demand good EVM.
SaberTek has developed key mmWave RX IPs for various frequency band, K-band (24GHz), V-band (60GHz), E-band (71-76 and 81-86 GHz), and W-band (77GHz and 94GHz). These IP’s could be used to develop competitive mmw products for various applications such as WiGig, automotive radar, passive imaging, and E-band backhaul.
