Characterization

SaberTek performs comprehensive bench tests and characterization on the silicon to verify its compliance with the system requirements. In the prototyping phase, compliance verifications need to be performed over supply voltage and temperature range. At the end of this phase, golden samples will be selected for ATE test program development.
